Services

Cocco Mental Health and Wellness is an out-of-network provider. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company for detailed benefit information. Superbills (i.e. billing statements) can be provided to clients once per month and may then be submitted for reimbursement per insurance company policy.

Please note that reimbursement rates are dependent upon out-of-network-benefits. Reimbursement rates vary and may cover the majority of cost for services.

Cocco Mental Health and Wellness does not participate with insurance due to limitations associated with policies that impact care. At Cocco Mental Health and Wellness, considerations for financial hardship are considered. Please reach out to discuss sliding scale payment options.

No Surprise Act

The no surprise act (NSA) is a law that protects consumers covered under group and individual health plans from receiving surprise medical bills. The NSA prohibits health care service plans, providers, and facilities from surprise balance billing consumers in specified circumstances. It also requires providers to give a good faith estimate of the expected charges for non-emergency services to any uninsured patients.
